Cel P2187 system too lean at idle, bank 1

My 2010 ss has been throwing this code and basically returning to stock boost, it idles fine, being the 2010 i can view the air/fuel ratio and its stable at about 14.8. I smoke tested for vacuum leaks as well as boost leaks and there are none, i just replaced the maf to no avail and next im trying down stream 02 but figured id post here first, any one has this issue. I feel like it has to be a sensor bc it runs fine

When's the last time you replaced the upstream O2? Does your lambda (AFR) swing or does it stay right at a constant 14.8? If it doesn't move, your fuel trims are frozen and its time to replace the upstream O2

The AFR definitely fluctuates a little but its stable at idle. Usually staying between 14 and 15 but definitely not frozen. The upstream 02, thats not on the cat correct?

No, it's located in the O2 housing off of the turbine housing.

It gets lazy but won't throw a 02 code, I just kept erasing the light until when I did the clutch, I guess I bumped the pipe during the clutch job because on the drive home with threw a heater code for the downstream 02 and when I put the new sensor in no codes came back
