Charge pipe fitting

I installed the intake hydro sleeve and was just double checking all the hoses and connections... Noticed that it doesn't look like the charge pipe is fitted all the way down... Should it be fitted all the way down to the housing?

If it helps you sleep at nite sure. Just make sure the elbow on the hose doesn't stretch or kink. Mostly stretch down.

I read that wrong sorry. I thought you meant there were still ridges for me to push it down. I understand what you meant now. Sorry.
