I am very confused. i found this website for a BSR tuner and it is a lot cheaper than Hahn. Is this the same thing?

my question is why is it so damn expensive to begine with? programmers for other cars cost half that

 

i dont know exact reason but they do all the tuning over the net and with others you have to tune yourself unless you pay for someone to otherwise, also they keep it updated so if a tune has a bad spot or something they find wrong you can upload the corrected edition free. other than that no clue
