Dejon Parts And Service

THEY ******* SUCK. thats all I have to say. I bought the complete intercooler kit, hks ssqv bov, and when they did ship my ****, they FORGOT my damn bov! Then they made me pay an extra $60 bucks to get it shipped overnight, because THEY fucked up the order. plus the damn intercooler piping doesnt fit very well, when i shut my hood it wears on the paint, and my paint is already scratched and dull.....which by the way is definately not ******* powder coated.......every time i call these ****** the same duchebag answers the phone and gives me attitude whenever i ask him questions about where the **** my parts are or if he can help me by giving me a tracking number. These guys will never get anything bought from them from me or anybody i know that has a brain. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, and their product is ****. Go with hahn, through turbotechracing, they give very very good customer service, explain everything with no ******* attitude, shipping is fast, and the products are excellent. I switched all of my **** to hahn for my car, but i have a custom tune instead of the ppc tuner, and right now im putting down 360 whp with 388 wtrq, without my meth spray.

What kind of turbo do you have in your car? 360 whp and 388wtrq are pretty high numbers

X2.
That does suck majorly they should have sent yor BOV overnight for free because it was their mistake. BTW
The stock turbo is not capable of those numbers. It will not flow the approx 38 lbs/min airload that is requied to acheive those numbers. OP do you have a 50 shot of nitrous or something. Otherwise I raise the BS flag. The most anyone will ever see with the stock turbo is around 325 whp and 360 wtrq. You must have some kind of turbo upgrade if you are claiming those numbers.

Damn that does suck. But I have their piping it fits just fine without any paint wear. I think its the installer that needs an adjustment and yeah if you're running a stock turbo and claiming those numbers get prepared to get laughed at by everyone that reads this thread. On the other hand whenever I had a question I would shoot dave an email and I would get an answear in like 15 min. But the whole bov thing is bullshit for sure

yeah im boosting 36 psi, and its not impossible, i will have the sheets uploaded by this next weekend when i go back to the dyno. hahns cobalt has 323whp with 361 wtrq on just intake, exhaust, intercooler piping, the ppc tuner, and downpipe.i have all that ****, other than the tuner, port and polished intake manifold, cryo2, and my custom tune, which i had a guy here in nc custom tune my ****, and that tune put me at 305 whp bone stock, only bad thing about it is that i only get 15 mpg now...lol he turned the timing way the **** up, and now im boosting an almost instant 35-37 psi peaking around 40.....of course my guage doesnt read that high, the only way i know about this is the dyno boost guage read it....

umm pretty sure its not the installer that needs adjustment, when out of 4 of my other buddies, all of their **** is the same way, we're all pissed about it, and btw, one of them is the lead mechanic at the local chevy dealership, pretty sure he might possibly know as much as you do about installing ANYTHING on this car.....so yea

Being a lead installer don't mean ****. And if you really are boosting that much then I guess we will be reading a thread about you blowing your **** up soon. But ill call bullshit until I see a dyno pull or some sheets. Out of all the people on this forum that have Dejon pipes you and your buddies are the only ones that had problems

But I'm not gonna argue. Good luck with your car bro

I'm raising my flag to this, but I will give you the benefit of the doubt. I do believe your instal was user error as many others have not had a single issue. I have talked to dave a few times and have not once ever gotten any attitude or poor customer service.

36psi that is funny. Even if your ECM is allowing for that boost level your turbo would G out and come apart. If you dont believe me talk to Baldturbofreak he knows more about the K04 turbo than most and I believe he has actaully seen them break at over 24 psi. The tune only part at 305 hp I beleive but the rest of your story is pure bull. Your compressor would surge like crazy at anything above 23 psi that is the max safe boost level for or turbo. GTFO if you are going to keep claiming things like that.

I am going to use your advise tonight any see how things go. adding timing in the bottom did help with spool so we will see when I change the cam timing and back of the spark timing until full boost.

Thanks!

You are welcome sir. That should help you but it is going to take some time because there are very few people who have a lot of experiance tuning big turbos on the LNF. IF you need more advice I would contact Baldturbofreak he probably knows more than anyone about running a big snail on the LNF.

36 PSI? That is amazing! Please, sell us all your custom PCM tables you must have engineered so that your PCM knows what to do with that level of boost. Oh, I also want first dibs on a set of your custom made sensors that can read that high of boost!

You sir, are about to be a millionaire because of these mods. Congratulations!

This guy is a troll, and 40 psi huh? didn't know we were running diesels, also didnt know our map sensors were capable of reading that high

There is another with issues with the chargepiping. https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/2-0l-lnf-performance-tech-153/dejon-fitment-issues-156351/
But that BS about 40 psi on the stock turbo. We need Area 47, BTF, Psychostevo and the other tuners to see this crap.
