Dejon Spring Upgrade Question

I am looking at the spring upgrade, not because i want to go PSST PSST everywere, but because i want a more durable spring for later on. its cheap..10 bucks..

questions are.

does it affect A/F at all? i read the atmospheric BOV's do (i am not going down that route).

does it really make that big of a difference? i plan to do intake or filter mod (heard a filter mod will do just fine)

and is install hard at all? (first turbo'd car)

thanks, i tried the search (maybe not that well) if anyone finds a link to a thread explaining this or can explian it to me that would be great!

Does not do a big difference, if you search some more people are getting some surge...

I would never do it, unless you really care for the sound.

I did it solely because I planned on tuning the car. When you begin pushing more boost, you will need to do it, or a BOV to keep from leaking boost. Some BOV's you can recirc too, if thats what you are interested in. If I had to do it over again, I would have gone with an HKS SSQ recirc'd back to the intake. I haven't had any surge though... but some people definitely have.

I've been running 21-22 lbs of boost since I have had about 2k miles on my car and now have 11k and have ZERO issues with the stock spring.

Just because the aftermarket makes it, doesn't mean it is an upgrade.

This isn't Gran Turismo.
