DP gaskets and o2 extension

i want to buy a 3" catted dp from Hahn Racecraft. but i dont exactly know what all is needed as far as the accessories. Do i need to buy and o2 extension? or is it a direct replacement? i cant seem to find any info on this. also, do they come with new gaskets? i would hope so for the price. if not, where can i buy some? thanks in advance guys.

direct replacement. You will only need tools. You can resuse the gasket. You only need to be careful taking off the o2 sensor and not twisting the wires at the sensor. I held the wires 5inches up from the sensor and then twisted the wires after my fingers so the sensor didnt get the twist. errr you'll see when you do it. otherwise a o2 sensor socket isnt a bad idea. I have the same downpipe, love it.

no cel problems, its one of the only dp's that doesnt throw cel. Catted and angled bung help a lot.

Do you have a tune? It will allow gases out of the turbo so you'll make less boost and its a tad louder, but if you arent tuned you wont feel a power difference.

nice man. no cel's sounds good to me. i currently dont have a tune. i was thinking about getting the gms1 tune, just to be on the safe side and keep my warranty. so i will lose boost w/o a tune? what about the low end power curve? im willing to sacrifice some top end for more low end power. i know the gms1 tune is just a canned tune, but im still curious as to how it compares to stock. my current mods are K&N sri, and Injen upper charge pipe. so far, i am loving the low end power, thats why i want the 3" dp to compliment my other mods. do u have the forge motorsport bpv? would this help me with keeping boost levels higher? sorry for all the questions man. just thought i would throw it all out there at once.

My ZZP downpipe has never thrown a code. Basically, any brand DP with a O2 sensor extension tube will not cause a CEL.

No with the better flow the turbo doesnt need to make as much boost to get the same power. Boost doesnt always equal power...

If you are worried about warranty get the gmstage1, as of right now your mods mean nothing to the car as the stock tune will try to get 260/260 hp/torq no matter what. At least with the gmstage1 tune it will bump up. I have ordered the forge bpv and its sitting on my shelf, but my car is stored for the winter. the forge bpv will hold boost better than stock, but its not going to make you more boost. Its just going to work better than the stock as the stock one is rubber and known to rip, leak or kinda work. You have great mods already, same ones I have. Just get gmstage1 it will keep you happy for a while...should of came stock...its a nice bump in power.
