the weapon r intakes have the dryer hose looking thing going down does that actually help on intakes? For short rams

 

dont do it, its for if you have to shorten, it for rainy situations.

^^^this.....i saw a couple of intakes that do this in a write up in dsport several months back. looks like **** imo but whatever works i guess. our hhr ss's have the airbox sitting on the motor and has a flex tube like that which pulls air from the fender.
