Effect of GMS1 on RPD - Please assist those with both

I remembered seeing something about issues with accuracy on RPD once GMS1 is installed but couldnt find it again. Those with these two options, have you had any errors? A big reason I bought this car over another SS was the RPD and if GMS1 renders it inaccurate that would be quite upsetting.

It's a GM sanctioned (keep your warranty) tune in combination with two new map sensors. Adds ~60HP and ~80 lb-ft

So I just take it to a chevy dealer and tell them I want a GMS1 tune and the warranty will cover it?

Lol. So much 1 off information :p

GMS1 adds 20hp and 60 tq. Going from stock 260/260 -> 280/320.

Being warrantiable means that they will still honour original warranty even with the new upgraded GMS1. You will still have to pay for GMS1 and it's insallation. Installation includes a computer flash and a new sensor(Mass Air Pressure) Cost widely varies between region/dealer.

You want to tell them you want the turbo upgrade for your cobalt.
Here is a link to what it is. 19212670 Cobalt, Solstice, HHR Stage Kit 19212670
And yes it is backed by warranty. It is a GM tune. As for map sensor, someone else will have to tell you exactly what that is. As for the power claims posted, that is defiantly not what GM claims.

Edit:^Beat me to it. Guess I'm not quick enough on my phone.
