Which exhaust for my 08 ss?

Just some opinions guys. Hahn racecraft? Mpx? I'm leaning more towards Hahn, but what do I know?! Any input or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I wanna buy something already!! Thanks! (I'm talking cat-backs at the moment)

The only "problem" I had was rattling right after I first installed it. It wasn't the exhausts fault it was the heat shield so I had to do some bending and now it doesn't make a peep. Oh and MPx is a first rate company imo. I ordered it and many other things and have nothing but good things to say about them.

I've got this Agency Power on my TC...very nice sound...high quality. It's 2 1/2" (stock size)..not 3" like others, but it won't matter as far as performance and exit pipe is 4".
It retailed for $700 at one time..on sale here for $400 FREE SHIPPING.

Agency Power Catback Exhaust Chevy Cobalt SS 2.0L 08-10

Doesn't exhaust do almost nothing for turbod vehicles? It's why I chopped mine off, car is quiet driving normally. And barely loud enough when you open it up...I need a loud'ner

The car is quiet as **** with a muffler and cat.

The Hahn exhaust is awesome with a great sound, but the one on the website is discontinued (I just tried to buy it a couple/few weeks ago).

They are creating/designing something new, which was supposed to be available now or soon, but with their current difficulties, it may have been delayed.

I didn't get any real details from Bill Jr. on the new one, but one theory I heard muttered was that it would be similar in design to their MODpipe series of turbo-back stuff.

Here's hoping it's available soon - it'll be the last thing I need except for the ZZP BW EFR turbo.

Any way that you go, don't pay a lot. SS/TCs have shown to only make a few ponies and for $500 it's not a worthwhile investment. Just make sure the exhaust has good sound.

why do you want an exhaust? You should ask yourself this, if it is for performance, there is no exhaust that shows any significant HP increase that can not be attributed to atmospheric differences. (were talking between 3-7hp). So youd spend 700+$ for a placebo gain and a different sound. If you want the sound, just get a muffler delete and a downpipe and save yourself rediculous amounts of money.

I'm not looking for any horsepower gains. Lol. I've had a few cars I know cat backs are bs mostly. I just like the idea of changing it up a little and also I plan on a 3in dp so this is just to have 3in all the way back. I'm not gonna cut anything because I like to keep all my stock parts intact. Still in warranty and I work at a dealership. Just a change in sound and a change period. Thanks for all the help everyone. I'm gonna start getting into it at the end of this month so I'll probably need advice on more parts Oh and I definitely wanna see the SLP someone.

My Hahn is awesome and people think it sounds stock at idle. It's very deep and non-raspy which is the sound I was going for.

Do they even make an SLP for the TC? I was pretty sure they didn't, I don't know if the even sell SLP duals for the cobalt anymore. IIRC correctly Dart SI had trouble finding one and then he still had to have a new flange welded on to it to fit his TC. On top of all that you need to hack up your lip or buy a RK sport lip.

OP, I'd go with the MPX.

I love the mpx, i also do a full out how too on it, with pics so you can see the quality.

Also the sound it amazing in boost, I have the catless downpipe though, it would be to quiet for me with a cat. Also no codes for the catless..
