I think I may have fucked mine up. I put silicone grease on it instead of synthetic and now when I unscrew it and push up on the bottom when it's still under vacuum, it drops a lot. It's as if there's a leak.

Angel from forge stated that if it drops it needs a rebuild kit, yet I don't see the kit anywhere. So I figured I'll just get another one.

 

I have to call Modern to return my stock valvecover, so i will ask them if its a possibility...

 

modern performance just had one about a month ago. i had asked them to do one and they gave em to us for 109, but they only did that because there were a lot of people begging them to do one. so it will be tough to get another one. They told me they already have them marked down on their website, but good luck guys

Yeah he said use synthetic grease yearly. I used silicone and I think maybe the orings swelled but from what I understand viton o-rings are compatible with silicone grease so who knows. Maybe I over greased it and maybe there's nothing wrong with it and I'm just overly paranoid.
