Getting trifecta, can/should I NLS?

My first mod is gonna be a 20psi Trifecta tune. Is it risky to NLS when I WOT?

My car will be 100% stock until spring or fall 2011. I need a new laptop since i got mine stolen

If you have the MAF relocate then I wouldn't unless you wanna shoot flames and pop a hell of alot and have the car run like **** lol

I need to be dialed in more but I dont care lol

You should be all set at 20 with NO problems at all

Just don't do it all the time man.

Common sense. If you doing it once and a while when you're racing or at the track, then fine.

Same principal:

Don't get on your car all the time if you want it to last as well.

This, BUT the thing about getting on your car and it not lasting is a lie haha, I drive like a maniac every morning to work. 37,xxx miles worth of it. Never had a problem out of my car other then the brakes. Same with my SS/SC that had 76,xxx miles.

I baby my car. I only WOT maybe once a month. I rarely go above 5 PSI for daily driving and I only NLS to show off to a friend in my car another rarity. I just dont wanna do it one time after Trifecta and do as the image above.

WOT once a month? I would never be able to pull that off.... plus it's kinda hard to stay under 5psi after your tuned . NLS on the other hand ..... is not my cup of tea. I don't use it enough to say so ... maybe 5 times in the 18 months i've owned my car .

Remember NLS = eating more clutch than needed... thats why the nissan G35 (or what ever has there NLS) only allows like 30 attempts and then you void warranty.. dont quote me on how many before warranty goes but I have heard that people have been getting the boot on warranty work because of it.

oh yeah and about WOT once a month. WHAT!!!! YOU HAVE TO EXERCISE THE TURBO DAILY... thats what I do... i noticed that after my 3rd hard pull, my car runs like a champ... any other pulls before that... my car seems not to pull as hard.

You push it all the way in and let it out fast. Have you ever power shifted a car before? It's just like the guys in the 60's and 70's used to do ...... except we have a car that will change the valve timing to hold boost till the shift is complete.......and we have a rev limiter that saves us when we screw up.....they didn't . One missed shift with a solid lifter motor could ruin your day back then .

I've NLS'ed with my trifecta tune but only 3rd and 4th. I've done it maybe 5 times since ive owned the car . Hell I've only used launch control twice in two years lol.

I think the car's computer adapts the the drivers habit's . So if you just putt around the car gets into a groove . Thats why IMHO you need to get on it more than once a month . I'm all for taking care of your car and not beating the snot out of it .... but going wot in 2nd or 3rd every couple days isnt beating it . I go WOT almost every day at some point or another... Not in 1st gear but in 2nd or 3rd.

I never NLS yet. BUT I got WOT maybe twice a day if Im driving a lot and every other day if Im barely driving.... After getting my GMS1 I probably did it four or five times that first day. The turbo likes to spool, and the motor likes ot rev. Why keep the car from being happy?
