I had the dealership install mine. I haven't had any real problems. I get a bit less fuel mileage, and I boost much easier now. I have a hard time keeping it in the vac when accelerating. Other than that, I haven't had any problems.

If you have access to someone with HPT you can save a ton of Money by buying Performance Autowerks stage sensors and having your PCM flashed by someone

If you are worried about Warranty you could buy the sensors from Crate Engine Depot and get it flashed at the dealer

I've had no problems whatsoever, but I've only had it for a week. I've heard of a few people popping off stock charge piping from the extra boost but that's only because of the poor clamps and it's happened totally stock.

no issues, buy parts from Crate Engine Depot, 500$ shipped, go to dealership and get it installed. 190$ install cost.

Had it on for over 1k miles, no issues. DO NOT install yourself UNLESS you're an expert at kripping wires, soddering them together and aren't worried about screwing up the wiring (I believe replacement part if you screw up is 130$) I'm by no means an expert mechanic or an engineer, but in my basic understanding this is what can happen.

Great buy and keeps full warranty intact

No, no, and no. 3k miles in and I've had relations with my car at least 42 times. Make sure the GM tech isn't a 'tard and properly crimps (kripping?) and insulates the wires. You don't want the harness for the lower TMAP rubbing on the AC line.

I had a high RPM missfire for a while and though it was plugs. I put the NGK 3787's in (one step colder) thinking that was the issue. Turns out the simpleton GM tech left the lower TMAP bolt loose causing a boost leak. Idiot. I tightened it down and have had no issues since then.

had mine for 5k now, no issues at all except a weird thing causing my bpv to get stuck open, but I'm not really sure if that has anything to do with the GMS1, after you get it buy yourself a catless downpipe.

Got mine in september, drove it all winter and no problems .. although the temptation of going fast makes the police stopping you a bigger issue ;p

I have also killed a few cars .. I'm so bad

CED has the replacement 3 bar sensors for $16. Here http://www.crateenginedepot.com/stor...P2533C221.aspx

Connectors can be found here. They are not preassembled though so you have to wire them and put them together. http://www.bmotorsports.com/shop/pro...oducts_id/1625

So for ~$80 total you can have a working stage kit you just need to have or know someone with HP Tuners who can write the stage 1 OS into your car.

No fitment issues on stock hardware. The place people have issues is aftermarket IC's and the bottom sensor rubbing on the AC line. OR if it is installed wrong you will get a CEL and that can be fixed.

No worries, I've ran mine for a few months now and love it, just got a downpipe too

I don't know how much your car appreciates you having relations with it.

Now is this just GMS1 parameters or actually a GMS1 tune that can pass at the dealership

It is possible that the guage is the problem and the car itself is fine.
