hahn or corsa

i previously owned a 2007 2.4 ss/na, but passed the car and payments off to my bro in cali... i now have a 2009 ss/tc and want an exhaust for it... i had a corsa exhaust on my old car and it sounded great, probably my favorite for the car at the time and i wanted to transfer the exhaust from my old car to my new one... i called corsa they said that the exhaust would transfer over with some mounts that i can buy from napa from the down pipe to the exhaust, but they don't carry an exhaust specifically from my car... do you guys recommend doing this or just buying the hahn where i know it will fit perfectly??

also what kind of difference is there between the two performance wise??

thanks for any input it will be greatly appreciated!!!

I have the Hahn Exhaust and love it. It increased the performance and the sound is great. I can highly recommend it. Your statement that it will fit perfectly is right on.

mpx
MPx 3 inch Catback Exhaust 08-10 Cobalt SS Turbo - Exhaust Systems

Hahn usually bangs on the torsion beam and makes a loud ass clunk. Its also more expensive.

This especially if you are lowered in the back.

Not at all, at least on a turbo car. Is the corsa even a 2.5" exhaust? Also it's not gonna sound anywhere near the same on this car as it did on your 2.4

Hahn products are over priced and generally ****. Their exhaust bangs on the bottom of the car and their charge piping creates dents in the hood....

I had a Corsa Exhaust on my SS/SC and it was awesome. But it isn't going to do much for you on the TC. You're going to want to bump up to a full 3" if you want to see any performance gains.

Unfortunately, neither of these products are going to serve you very well. I have the Treadstone Exhaust waiting to go on now and it looks great. The MPx is also supposed to be a great setup. So I would choose between those 2 if I were you. They will fit and sound better and will also save you a fair bit of money over the Hahn kit.

I have the Hahn DP and Catback, I love them both. Great sound, and they fit perfect. I did have a little exhaust clunk initially (I'm NOT lowered), but with a ziptie to help out the rubber exhaust hanger, I have never heard it again, and sometimes I have multiple people in the back along with my 2-15" subs in the trunk.

It's also $100 more and inferior to the competition. They are all a single piece of stainless pipe with 1 bend, 2 flanges and a minimum of 1 O2 bung. Modern offers theirs with 2 O2 bungs and an EGT bung. So tell me why theirs is $110 less.... Badmab's is completely polished and it's half the price of Hanh, again, why? Hahn is just flat out over priced.

Anyways, to the OP. Have a look at the different vendors online and compare prices. Then have a look on youtube or in the video section on here and compare how they all sound. Some don't have mufflers, some have mufflers and resonators, some have resonators and no mufflers.... You get the idea. Treadstone I believe is the only manufacturer that lets you customize exactly what you want.

you are ******* kidding? Inferior? How?

No bungs are the same dude. The hahn has a fantastic bung. mpx and badmabs do not have an angled bung. Why the #@$@#$ would you want more bungs than 1? its a lnf the wide band is built in for most people, 99% it is fine.

You want a good one? megan catless, $160, angled bung.
