Hard to shift

Recently while doing digs from 0-60 I have trouble shifting from 1-2 gear. It doesn't want to go in gear, it's like it hits a brick wall until I let off the gas and slam it into gear. I'm should be around 300whp 330tq on stock clutch at 67000.
Any recommendations? Bad clutch? Shifter problems? I have no idea. Also my gears have been grinding once in a while when they never used too?

they also stretch overtime in the excessive heat, if you road race or auto-x it decreases the life of them.

Its time consuming, not super complicated though. Parts are about 125 iirc and it can be done in a full afternoon
