I don't think you want full boost in first gear anyways. lol

be happy that you're only boosting 4 in first gear. with full boost, 1st gear is useless.

I changed my max boost in 1st gear down to 75% power with HP Tuners and it will still spin through all of first gear, thinking of dropping the power to 65% to help the wheelspin

im going to increase my boost in first... since i never mash on the gas off the line...always feathering it in anyway- i may as well have a bit more spunk

that's not the way to go. just give more throttle.

There is a point where you can have too much boost and too little boost. You want just enough to not get wheel hop or wheel spin.

Factory boost is set to 200% in first gear, so IDK why you wouldn't make boost. I know that you don't have as much time to build pressure if you floor it and shift early. Plus if you are stock you have less RPMs to make boost as well.

ummm i'm boosting 15 psi in first so not sure maybe it depends on where you live, maybe the car is already making its max power in first easier then other gears not sure, but mine is fine

my car makes 15-16 psi in first. but what i think ur doing wrong is when ur rpms are higher in first gear and then u floor it, thats when u dont get alot of boost cause ur almost to redline. for max boost, u have to let off the clutch and baby it in first, when ur rpms is low then u mash the bitch and ull see a difference

if not then maybe somethigns wrong, but thats what i do

I can roll into the throttle or mash it and I still only get 4PSI in first. Your not the only one :-/ The car seems to be creating plenty of power. Maybe it only needs that much boost because of my elevation or something. I think it is creating the proper HP.

No it's not..you always have "boost" if you want it, but it builds with your RPM's so you have more boost at 7K compared to 3k

2200 miles on mine... full tire roasting boost in first gear

try taking the traction control off and see what it does. it may be limiting you
