HELP! My LNF is suddenly making more boost than before

Hi im new here i just got my LNF cobalt a month ago and when i got it i would make 16psi but now im getting 23psi. It all started oneday, i was on my way to work and for some reason all of a sudden i was making hardly any boost i got to work and took a look and i didnt notice anything unsual so i took it for a drive and it was all back to normal. On my way home from work it was different because my car was all of a sudden making more boost. It has been 2 days like this, what could it be? Is it the wastegate? Some one told me it could be the boost solenoid. The car does have an aftermarket zzp intercooler.

Thanks

Did you press the cruise control or traction control? It's possible your car has a selectable tune from Trifecta.

When my Camshaft Position Actuator went out on my car I noticed that I was pushing almost 10psi more boost through.

Perhaps the computer was trying to compensate for a loss of power? Not sure...

Anyways, I replaced the actuators and the "problem" disappeared.
