The 350's are quick, not doubting the fact, Just saying if it was stock for stock, th TC would edge it. ONLY if it was an 05-06 (high HP, Lower Rev). If it was an 04 or 03(less HP) the TC would win by a slightly larger margin. If its an 07-08(High HP, High Rev), call it flat out even, both are capable of 13.5 1/4 mile times. Again if modded with boost, more than likely its lights out for the balt, even with the mods.
