stft and ltft, short and long term fuel trims. when you go WOT the short term should either shut down or go to 0.0 and if your tune is perfect your long term fuel trim should lock in at 0.0

Oh ok, hmm well it's been a while since I set up interceptors, I had a dual interceptor setup in my old GTP. I would guess that b1 is STFT's and b2 is LTFT's. LTFT's are important because you want them to be locked in at 0.0 under WOT, I would keep an eye on those over STFT's.

I did search but I did not find anything on the b1 and b2 and both have the b1 and b2, I drove it a little under wot hte stft goes to like -.7 or so and then when I'm not giving it any gas goes up to 7 or like -3 but ltft is sitting around 6 so I guess ill rotate the filter and try again

If you want it to run correctly, get a tune.

what he said

a guy named Vince told me this about my trims and I quote "The new K&N whacked the fuel trims (as is typical for that intake system)"

Right after I switched from the CIA SRI to the K&N the car was going into limp mode daily because it was so off

I think b1 and b2 are for bank 1 and bank 2. It's meant for a V6 or V8 that has two seperate sensors for either side of the V. lol. You want b1 if it says that.

If you are already tuned and putting on the K&N intake, you need to retune. If you are stock and putting on the K&N intake and dont give a rats ass for 13 hp then you should be fine untuned.

Untuned, you wont make any power from the intake, just a new cool sound.
