yeah I was actually just wondering about this. I want it too but don't know if it would be better to just save my money. We need dyno numbers on this darn it.

upgraded ko4's are availiable, hes moved a bunch of them recently, theres a couple guys on this forum running them and even more over on the solstice forum. if i remember correctly i beleive he said he dynoed an ss/tc at around 320 whp 370 ftlbs. as far as pictures go, i was out at his place last week and had one in my hands. once the wheel is installed you cant tell the difference. nobody but you will ever know. he also has gt3076r and gt35 series kits availiable for the kappas, i think he also built a 3076 for an ss/tc. to my knowlege im still the only lnf with a 3582 on it though.

this was done on my car before the GT30R swap. It has Synapse DP, IC, piping, STOCK airbox and a 3" turboback exhaust. He didn't have a chance to fine tune the tune tho bc he was busy with the 30R.

Also, those are corrected SAE numbers unlike Hahn's numbers that were STD when he was around that power.

Here is that dyno

That was with intercooler, catless 3" DP 3" Hahn catback and charge piping. That was with the stock intake though I believe. BTF was having trouble controlling the boost. He said it was spiking to 30psi. There is a huge possibility of compressor surge if you do not have full boltons. the big upside to this upgrade is that it looks stock, gives you the ability to hold 20+ psi all the way to 7400 RPM, an with an intake and a little more fine tuning you should be able to see 350-360 whp. If hahn gained 28 whp on his car with an intake this setup should gain even more than that. It will flow 36lbs of airmass per min wheras the stock turbo has a max flow of 32 lbs per min. Just for comparison's sake a Gt3076 will flow 40 lbs per min at 20 psi.

It's mainly good for the people that want to appear stock, even though the 30R upgrade looks almost stock as well. I LOVE being a sleeper

Here is the link for those that have not read this.

Liked stated above there has been no fine tuning with the cobalts tune, and BTF thinks there is allot more power the be added with this upgrade

There is much more left in the wheel upgrade from BTF.

Im sure he did not tune much like stated, i know it can make more power with more tunning time, but hes been busy working on other goodies it seems

The bigger k04 wheel flowed 38lbs/min in one of the logs i've seen, the stocker doesn't come close to that.

Max flow on the bigwheel is 40.6lbs/min. enough for 400 flwheel when maxed out fully.
