Bad mab is cheap but a catless dp is a catless dp... you will throw a code with it most likely... To avoid the code you can tune the car and turn the code off or get a plug defouler and see if that will keep you from throwing it. The code for the back O2 sensor won't throw you into limp mode or anything it just tells you that your cat isn't working

Yeah bad-mab is cheaper then the comp. doesn't mean it sucks by any means

People that have it love it

Other people say that it does rust up faster then others because of it not being 304 stainless but that doesn't effect performance any

It's just surface rust and it has no effect on performance. It wont rust all the way through... err or it shouldn't rather, I'm sure there are situations where corrosion has taken out even 304 ss

how hard is it to install and or remove the downpipe for emissions purposes new york state is tough with inspections if the cel is on it wont pass inspection and if i remove it clear the code and go get my inspection will it pass? if anyone knows ny state laws its a toss up between the bad-mab or mpx either one around the same price

I went bad-mab, only comes catless. At 159 bucks to my door you cant beat it. It does the exact same thing as all the other brands except brad sells them for a reasonable price.

7 bolts and 2 new gaskets every time you reinstall for emissions. The stock DP is kinda a pain to remove and install, so if you have to do emissions I'd suggest getting something with a cat in it.

It takes about 30 minutes from jack up to jack down.

IMO you'll want a muffler if you like it quiet while cruising.

zzp the flex joint is bigger and has a piece already made for the o2 so no codes, but does cost more . and to be honest you really don't have to change the gaskets .
