IMO, it is bad practice to rely on the ECU to make massive swings in WG duty cycles to compensate for target load. Likewise, I think it is poor practice to simply crank WGDC to 95%. Fortunately, for my purposes, the stock WGDC tables work fine for me. I'm not trying to get heroic amounts on the top end, on the stock turbo.


The TF base file only raises the max to 95% wg dc, it still controls (much better btw) to commanded.
