Most Important Things to Keep an Eye on after a tune

Just wondering what I should be watching seeing as I was just tuned yesterday. I know fuel trims are important, but besides my LEFT and STFT, what should I watch most frequently?

afr is number one by far...engine temp should be a close second cause a lot of peoples fans lately have stopped working after a tune..no idea why

IAT2 is always a good number to watch too. Keep those piston rings from turning into onion rings.
