NOW I GOT A CANNED TUNE FROM ZZP AT 22 PSI AND I PUSH 24 UNTILL 5KRPM THEN I ROCKET TO 27PSI..... Did that do the damage??? My car has always jumped 2-3 psi after 5k.... Is that normal???

Yea, I would guess that too but its awful loud, man. I could see it being that loud if op was hanging out the passenger window but if it is a massive boost leak the noise will be amplified.

Normally, if it was just that sound, I'd think it was a turbo bearing going.
A few years ago though, when I broke my stock IC, I had something similar happen to what the OP is talking about. The chunk that broke out of the intercooler was so big that you could hear the turbo spinning up quite a bit to try to get the airflow to the engine. The car would barely move under its own power and would go limp to a standstill.
I can also say (from experience I'm sad to say) that from the two times I've had a cylinder go the smoke was white for some reason, not the blue that you'd think it would be. I'm not sure why, but I'm wondering if it has some thing to do with being a synthetic or something.
If the smoke is white, he could be overspinning and damaging the turbo due to it not having any boost backpressure buildup, and the car keeping the wastegate closed in an effort to get more air. I would stop driving the car immediately.

So your telling me your intercooler was so messed up (possibly like mine) that the turbo is spinning and thats what the loud noise is? cause it is just trying to get air? Ill be on my way to zzp tomorrow after noon and get a new ic if thats all the problem is... Im so not hoping a turbo..

Tune sounds to crazy, my car spikes like 25-26 and holds at 23-24 but all ways falls off when it can't hold anymore. Gaining boost on top end is weird lol

After my incident, mine lasted for a couple more years (tuned) before the bearing/seals went. I only tried driving it about a quarter mile, to get to a parking lot where I could get towed from though. I haven't read the whole thread, but I don't know how much you've driven on it like this.
