Need another engine: LNF again or LDK/LHU

So my current LNF blew up pistons rings. I did a leakdown test and the results were heartbreaking:

Cyl 1 10% leak
Cyl 2 70% leak
Cyl 3 30% leak
Cyl 4 80% leak

The car was running a trifecta tune when I bought it but it was already too late when I immediately change it for HP Tuner.

So I'm considering to change my engine but I want to know if I should buy another LNF or go with LDK/LHU. Since I don't know the pros and cons of both engines, I'm asking here for info before buying one or the other.

Advantages of lnf over ldk:
1. Rod strength (maybe)

That's about it.

Advantage of ldk over lnf
1. Block strength no sleeves.

Yeah, I didn't mention advantages of ldk over lnf. There are a few. Better casting is huge.

Ok so LDK is a better option. At my range of power (380 hp/410tq 26 psi hptuner), do you think the rods/pistons will hold on? How much power do you think I can reach before having to change them?

..

ZZP said rods started bending on (some) LDK's around 400. You can find LNF rods on Ebay for cheap, but the bottom end drop, head removal with new gasket and cam reset is more then most on here would like to deal with.

They are talking in whp on zzp, i'm talking in hp so my 380hp is around 320whp so I guess I don't have to worry if they say it's good to 400 whp

Did you scope the cylinder? Did you do a compression test? Reason I ask is that you should do both because our valves have been known to be very dirty and cause leakage.

I see that you already get it, but just a reminder, do not run Trifecta when you get a new engine. It runs too rich and breaks ringlands.

I did a compression test already:

Cyl 1 120
Cyl 2 80
Cyl 3 110
Cyl 4 70

I know that Trifecta is **** since a lot of years. I didn't know my car had TFT first when I bought it until I pressed on the cruise control button. I changed it the day after for a stock pcm and eventually for HP tuner.

The general consensus was that with the excess fuel in the cylinder, the fuel washes the cylinder wall of oil lubrication and causes failure specifically at the rings. I have never seen what kind of timing Trifecta runs. But again, the OP is not the first or last Trifecta car to blow an engine.
