Not just NO but hell no! LOL

The flanges on the 2 cars are different... But the exhaust will if you get the different flange to the downpipe!

coherent no. What do you even mean by THIS magnaflow? As long as your downpipe is made for the 08-09 SS/TC it will bolt up to the stock exhaust. A magnaflow muffler can be chopped into the system easily as long as it has a 2.5" inlet. But why???? You're better off going muffler delete or running 3" tubing from the downpipe back. I want to say there is going to be pretty much 0 gains from putting in a different muffler in the stock exhaust system.

the key here is that the 2 cars have 2 completely different manifolds. Meaning downpipes will not be interchangeable from one to the next. you have to get a downpipe specific to the car you have in this case.

If you're refering to "this exhaust" as the magnaflow, its not going to bolt up to your CIA downpipe for your SS/TC. Not only that, but like i stated, its 2.5" just like the stock exhaust. For a turbo car, you want to run as large a pipe as possible AKA 3". Mandrelexhaustsystems.com can net you a nice cheap system. check them out. Cheapest is their tubing kit but requires welding and if going that route explain to the shop that you are going to use the stock resonator and have them cut the outlet of it to 3" instead of 2.5". This way you can take the piece of 3" pipe that you saved by using the stock resonator and have it welded to the end (MES assumes you are going to add a muffler). without this you'll need about a foot long piece of pipe and than find a tip to have put on. done. by the way the tubing kit in 3" aluminum is $195. I personally went 3" stainless in my car.
NOTE: CIA has choices for downpipes, if you have emissions testing i would go with the high flow cat, otherwise catless. They also offer an exhaust system, 2.5" and 3". DON'T get the 2.5". Its more expensive than MES but i believe in trying to stick with one brand for my parts as much as possible so its all up to you.
