need help

im sure that this has been asked before but im drunk and dont wanna look i have 4000 possible some more to dump into my car the rest bills im not sure witch way to go i looked at stage 3 from snaypse but not sure if there is a better option im looking for street / daily driver i need to go faster than these modded evos and sti`s they **** me off plse help and also im on ft drum i need someone to install

trade the car in and use the 4000$ for a downpayment on a new STi or Evo X GSR.

Why waste 40K on a GSR or STI. For less than 30K total you can have a TC Cobalt that will easily out run and out handle a stock STI or GSR, but wait it already does that stock for 23K.

Install and tweaking the tune you would probably be looking at close to $1,000-1,200 for labor. So 5K total unless you do the install.
