new parts under the hood (Caution Large Pics)
Synapse intercooler piping
TurboXS Type-H RFL BOV
Hahn BOV Delete Plate
Greddy Turbo Auto Timer
Ordered Dejon's 3" catless Downpipe.
*Note Before you all go demanding a vid im working on it.
And this BOV is extremely loud you could call it stupid loud.
After 6 hours of trial and error of hooking up vacuum and setting spring pressure for the BOV this is how i had to do it to get no codes and get enough vacuum to open the valve and have it ile and run properly. Using just the factory vacuum line wasn;t strong enought to open the value at all. Had to T into pure vacuum source and T the factory vacuum source off the bypass valve solenoid into that so the valve would open and wouldn't set bypass valve stuck code. No issues now and it works awesome now time to get money and get my new turbo.

just a thought, since you've essentially bypassed the BPV solenoid with the way it is now, why not just remove it all together, cap the lower charge pipe nipple and place caps over the solenoid nipples? just dont disconnect the electrical, then itll set codes. then tuck the solenoid away, and itll look alot cleaner too
Looks real nice though, keep everything shiney. good luck and happy modding

nope none at all... in fact having the recirc is better because it puts the air thats already filtered back into ur air intake tube... so the air is already there and doesn't have to be filtered... im not puttin a bov on mine because i wanna remain sleeper!!
