Exclamation new products in the making from DEJON

Hello everyone and thank you for all your support!! Just wanted to let everyone know that DEJON POWERHOUSE is working on a few new products for the cobalt ss/tc. As Dave posted earlier we have the new cold air that can be powdercoated or polished to your preference and will bolt right to your Dejon SRI with no mods needed. Also we have a stainless steel 3inch mandrel cat-back that will be complete soon. Lastly we are working on a BIG FMIC for the ss/tc.. We will keep you posted on the projects and have pics asap.

Jeremiah @Dejon Powerhouse

How about a C.A.R.B. air intake for a 2009 ss/tc? It would be nice if someone would make one.

How about just making an FMIC that is properly sized, and doesn't hang below the bottom lip? Almost all the aftermarket ones hang below the front lip. Should also have properly isolated mounting, and not hard mounted against the bumper.

treadstone is working to make their intercooler fit our oem charge piping route. im definently going with that. it wont be too low, wont be too huge, and is properly mounted.

I would say more red tape then money, and i would pay more for an intake or cp that are carb legal. it would be nice if someone would do it, especially the big boys like K&N, and AEM. Also i dont get why AEM has a carb intake for only 2008 and not for 09 and 2010 when there all the same under the hood?

go with zzp, make your own brackets, use grommets and fender washers.

Each SS/TC model year needs to get tested and it cost money to have C.A.R.B. test them. If the part fails, the manufacture has to pay for it again to test until it passes. I think it was $3k-15k per model year based on what part is being tested... if I remember correctly..

I have to play by different rules because I have a smog license. So if Mr. Bar guy stop by my shop and says pop your hood, my a** is gra** and my license is gone. BTW I would of caught your cavalier it takes only a minute to check a carb number.

i dont wanna be a dick but yo we have intakes and exhaust and front mounts already .....i wish other stuff would come out... i think venders should come out with other stuff instead of the basics.. equals more money to be made then opinons on which one is a better product than wat we have out

i dont need to speak up its pretty self explanitory.. think what zzp is doing already making a block, already tryin 2 do a secondary fuel system.. the list can go on and on... think about it this way ... stuff past 500hp... because i dont feel like goin into a debate saying what we have out now... theirs people out there looking for more...i just get sick of reading the same threads over and over again about which is a better intake or tune.. i wanna see some high horsepower cobalts thats lnf! not lsj, also not a soltice not a sky .. a cobalt! i like tread stone so far cuz they are making some products... im not sayign advertising them to say they are better...but it looks like they are really work on the cobalts because i see products being made.. same with zzp

I would love to see a after market intake manifold like what hahn makes for the LSJ. that would be sweet. also maybe a bolt on replacment header taht would fit stock turbo and comes with adaptors to fit our piping? maybe some cool coolant boxes that would dress up the engine bay a little? im sure people would like those. just a few obvious ideas. I have some other pretty good ideas that im trying to work with a fab shop to get into production.

New products

We do have a few new products in the works, unfortunately an intake manifold is not one of them. We specialize in tubular products so many items fall outside our manufacturing expertise. But this is a good thread, perhaps we or someone else will see a good idea and make it happen
