New tb , relearn?
If you want to relearn it you can. Just open your hp tuner scanner, go to the engine controls with the ignition on but engine not running, then hit the "throttle cleaned reset" button.
Not sure if the e69 ecu has those fun functions through hptuners, unless you've done that on one. I know you can't do crankcase relearn

Iv never seen that function. I'll check. I already changed the tb, car runs fine. Idle sounds so sexy again. I just have really high fuel trims now, like 14, with filter off its 3. I changed intake and tb . Did boost leak text, no leaks. No idea what the heck. Also changed maf. My trims were fine at idle before this. Don't know what's up suddenly . Got a smoke machine from eBay so when that comes I'll run a smoke test if I haven't figured it out.
Only thing I can figure now is I did a
Mod on my forge bpv, I drilled the hole on the cap slightly bigger, actually helps with the awful sound it makes at light load when u let off and makes it a little quieter. But since I don't use the solenoid , it may be open at idle, causing a boost leak. So I guess I should put stock back on and see if that it, if it is I'll put forge back with solenoid , since it doesn't see vacuum at idle with solenoid
