I run 12's on nitrous with stock turbo. 8000 feet up.

but had my 3rd cyl explode last night at the track ' ring failed'.. so im in process of doing new motor build and bigger turbo,. and still will do nitrous. prolly a 75 shot. just to help turbo spool cause im gonna go a decent size.

the Lnf LOVES the bottle. i sprayed every car i owned. even snowmobiles. and a 50 shot on a stock boosted lnf runs like a raped ape. but dont over boost a stock turbo and spray alot or you will have failure

what? what the majority calls it? No, that's what ricers call it. It's nitrous. Maybe the "majority" that you hang out with needs to grow up. Most people I know call it nitrous, the clueless people I know that still rice cars out call it NOS.

Choko blew up??? When did that happen?

Enough about that I dont want to turn this thread into a debate.
thank you very much. Point proven.

so now you run 12's? I know you have the trap speed, but your driver mod needs attention last I heard. So why does this say
SS/TC,MODDED,(NON-STOCK TURBO AND/OR OTHER POWER ADDERS)
1.)choko,13.14@109.19 w/2.22 60',E/DP/N20/ST

and where did you post your 12sec run at?
want to show a slip?
Proof?

allright enough of the freaking N.O.S. **** yes I said NOS I was referring to the blue bottle kit from holley called with the big letters NOS on it. if your not going to help me out then get the freak out of my thread I am asking for help not to be bashed for being a freggin ricer, You call me rice all you want but in the end I its what ever you want to say but if your not going to help and just bash the term NOS then shut your trap and get the **** out. Out of this whole thread I think there are 3 people actually trying to help. Go figure the rest of you have nothing else better to do than try and prove you know something you may or may not but in the end if your not going to help then just keep yout trap shut.

Ok, I'm blind, I should have realized yesterday when I was looking at the fuel pressure regulator there is a schrader valve on it. That makes things much easier lol.

When primed it should be 57-67 psi per the document I am reading, so it seems it should be just the same as a normal fuel pump

And actually from what I am reading the regulator is in the tank MRA, the round module on top of the engine is a pulse dampener to smooth out fuel flow before the high pressure pump.

either way, choko has ran nitrous already and there have been lots of LNF sky and sol's that ran nitrous. If I remember correctly, there was one guy that was able to get up to a 250shot before the motor blew. So from previous experience of other owners and for the simple fact that the direct injection is a whole new ball game, i'd say a 75 shot is perfectly fine.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Last time I checked, I posted that. Is that not helpful information? I told you a guy that has ran nitrous and then I said that LNF sky and sol's have been running it for a while. That should clue you in to check out the sky/sol forums.

I'm done with this thread. Ricer.

You think that would work for the fuel supply on a wet kit?? The kit number is 05130NOS and it reccomends fuel pressures I think 45-50psi I cannot look it up right now because i'm on dial up at home and its taking for ever to load.

I appreciate everyone help pwho is actually trying to help.

Higher pressure won't hurt, for a given jet setting that is optimal @ 45-50 psi you will be running a little richer when your fuel is 57-67 psi, nitrous will remain the same. I think the right way to tune it though is go with recommended jets, then adjust fuel jet size according to the A/F ratio from the O2 sensor.

that was before. and drive mod? my 60's sucked before due to nitrous blowing off tires, fixed that and got radials. 13.1 was on bottle with stock tune/boost 12 sec runs were on tune/more boost/nitrous.

i have a few slips no vids so no reason to post. a black ss/tc seen me run 12's a few times at the track. told him to signup here.

dont see what the deal is again ralli. i ran 13.1's so no big deal to hit 12's with tires, more boost and tune is easy bud.

What different brands of NOS are there? Does NOS make your car go ZOOOOM?!?!?

How much am I looking to pay for NOS?

Does it come with the laptop computer and a cool red button I can push to make it go super-duper fast...the NOS that is.

I want my NOS to be exactly like Paul Walker's car in the Original Fast N Furious movie.... we all know thats the BEST ONE!.

he didn't prove anyone wrong. He said he hit like almost 300whp and over 300wtq from just a muffler delete. He forgot to mention the nitrous. LOL.

Either way, I know that your trap speeds are good for 12's Choko, I just don't recall you mentioning 12sec times until just now. If you don't mind, if you want to keep all BS aside, could you pm me your 12 sec slips. I'm just curious.

For the record I call it spray, i'm just saying, a large majority call it NOS even if it's just a brand, it's not like there isn't all sorts of similar saying in our society with the same generalization, and u don't snap at ppl for them do you?
