Is the oilcap vented?

I recently came across an aluminum(Billet) oilcap, I want to know if the original LNF motor oilcap is vented, because the aluminum one is not.
Will that be a problem?

No... your original one is not vented. Only reason you would need to vent your oil cap is if you can get enough air through your intake at idle... trust me - I know...

Well, irrespective of all the great answers I got from the group, I finally tested the oil cap and found that it is vented, at approx. 4psi.
What I did was cut an old bike innertube and clamp off one end and attach the other end (using a hose clamp) to the cap.
When I applied air using my 12v tire inflator, it would only hold about 4 psi while a contant flow of air could be felt coming from under the cap rim.
I could hear some sort of spring inside when I tapped it a little also.
That`s about as scientific as I can get, but I certainly won`t be able to use the Billet Alum. cap for much more than a show piece unless I can figure out a way to creat a vent.
