I searched, I swear!

I didn't want to assume incorrectly, but is the LNF Injector Seal Kit ( 12653395 ) the one I want if I'm replacing the seals on a set of Opel's ?

Besides being careful, anything I should be aware of when pulling these injectors out? I saw a mention of a straw but haven't seen what that's actually in reference to on the injector itself. Thanks!

Bump for info. I'm curious on how to install new Teflon seals on the Opel injectors as well. I've replaced seals on the stock Bosch injectors before without problems. All posts I read say that the tips of the Opel injectors are fragile. Now I know that you have to apply allot of pressure on the tips with the tool so curious if anyone has any expertise on the subject. Common knowledge is welcome as well. T.I.A.

 

It's pretty simple to install new teflon seals on the injectors with the correct tools. The tips that are fragile are on the other end of the injector into the fuel rail.

I'm 98% they're the same seal, might be able to check Bosch's site to see if they have any info on the seal area dimensions. I don't recall the part number I used when I replaced mine back in 2020 on a set of used Opel injectors.
