I use the green spring, coming from Dejon BPV spring, I didn't want surge at all. So I stuck with green. Seems good and I wouldn't change it even being 23psi holding 21

Not a hundred percent sure on this, I just know what it sounds like, but from what I understand surge is when air goes back through the turbo causing it to stop spinning making this weird wowowowow noise. With dejon bpv spring, I got that ever time I shifted. I even threw a CEL.

Dejon is a bit upset with me saying this about their product, but I got rid of their product from my car, and vammo no more surge.

For me and my particular car, Dejon powerhouse BPV isn't good. I don't recommend it.

Here's a video on what surge sounds like. Like I said above, this is what it did every time I shifted while boosting around 5-10 psi.

And i know for a fact it didnt "surge" until i put my downpipe on.

HEY BRO YOU DONT NEED THE COMBO TUNE, LET THE TABLES GET to byt so he can just tune you for more boost and fuel with the newest beta from hptuners. Itll save you some dough

well with trifecta youll have to pay there fee and i am unsure if youd need to repay or not for the hptuerns tune. I dunno all i do know is we should have the newest beta within a few days to a week if that.

basically it is what raises boost or decreases it, theres more tables then just this that affects it but its just one of the main ones.

Man Chevycobaltss3 you really like swaying people away from Trifecta any opportunity you get.

I emailed him about this earlier but thanks for alerting him lol. This will give you everything TF has with the ability for me to actually adjust it myself, you just wont have the switchable tune modes.

Very true.

Although, they seem pretty straight forward this time at least about exactly what they are releasing. My guess is that they accidentally came across these tables on one of the newer Buick turbo motors or Cruze or something during research and feel that it will be easy enough to unlock for our ECU as well...I'm sure it's got nothing to do with the demands/requests we made for a couple years lol.

I have no issue with trifecta other then the fact of wut we talked about in the other thread.im just trying to save him money since theres no point for the combo tune other then to select it On or off.and the stealth crap is truly crap its been found. Trifrcta is a nice peice of software. .... So calm down and im sorry to say but my opinion about trifecta does matter to alot of people.
