Problems AFR's and RPD readings

Ok I have been dealing with this for a couple months now. I am on a totally stock setup except for zzp intake tube from airbox to Turbo. I was getting codes for the front and rear O2 sensors. p0141, p2096, p2195, P0137. I will also have my RPD on the Air fuel ration screen and it would go to 9 and then stop displaying and just read No Data. Then five minutes later its reading again. My Aeroforce gauges read the entire time but did match the reading from the RPD. So we replaced both O2 sensors with new OEM sensors.

I checked downpipe bolts and looked for leaks but dont see any. The dealer hooked up tech 2 and drove around and everything seemed normal they have read my codes and know about the o2 replacement so they thought maybe I got a bad sensor so we replaced the Wideband (bank 1 sensor 1) again. Still does the same thing. They looked at the wires and didnt see anything. We cleaned the MAF sensor twice also.

Could I have a bad PCM??

With all my hunting I did find and oil leak behind the High pressure fuel pump and they ordered part to repair the cam cover.
Car runs and drives fine. Though this morning when I got to work the CEL came back on and it wouldnt let me read the Code with my Aeroforce gauge and when I went to start it had to crank for about 5 seconds and then it started.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Wondering if you may have a leaky/stuck injector. I'd also check the wiring to the O2 sensors for shorts. One of those codes is low voltage, which could indicate a wiring short.

As always, check for boost leaks.

The lean codes are popping up because because it thinks you're too rich, and it's having to pull fuel with respect to the amount of air it thinks it's getting beyond a certain point, which trips the code. The RPD will show No Data when the car goes into a sort of Open Loop limp mode and ignores the O2 sensor, thinking it may be bad. That might be normal in this case since it thinks it's pulling so much fuel.
