quick question
I don't have an lnf, but I've been confused about the piping. So the cold side piping, I'm sure I'm wrong, but you can either have a CAI or cold side charge piping? And the hotside has the bov flange right?

lol no....the intake connects to the side of the turbo were the compressor fins are to protect them from debris...cold side piping goes from intercooler to engine....so the turbo send the hot air to the intercooler were it cools off then goes back into the engine cold...atleast thats how i see it lol i might be a little wrong also...

The system is intake first, then turbocharger, then hot side piping, then intercooler, then cold side piping, then intake manifold.
There is no blow off flange or blow off valve. The stock system uses a diverter valve, which compensates for pressure spikes in the charge piping by releasing the pressure back into the intake stream.
Also, in terms of the turbo itself, the "hot" side of the turbo is the turbine wheel driven by exhaust gasses, the "cold" side of the turbo is the compressor wheel.

Hmm ok. I'm piecing together my own lnf kit for my 2.2. I was gonna get the dejon charge piping, which has the bov flange on the hotside piping (I could be mistaken) instead of the stock stuff.
and can the stock LNF intake manifold bolt right up to the 2.2? and ill have to get a new tb right?
