Reservoir Overflow hose

Hi everyone,

As seen in this picture is the reservoir tank hose:

I was looking at this today and I kept thinking to myself that their used to be something that held it in place. Does anyone have some type of bar to connect it to, or has it been floppy in that area all this time. It doesn't effect anything, I'm just curious because I was for sure that it connected to some piece which held it in place.

haha, I don't even know. I took the picture off of google because I was too lazy to go to my car and take the picture myself. I have no idea what that blue wire is for, its not on my car. I would guess it might be to some alarm system.
