Question Slow working 02 sensor.

It takes awhile for it to work from a cold start or if I let the car sit more than half an hour. Is this normal for RPD units?

From a cold start yeh, they have to get up to 600 degrees before the sensor element starts generating voltage.

But I see my brother's AEM wideband working and moving around within seconds of him starting his car. No catalyst war,up, just goes to idle and wait for the car to warm up.

different controller, different sensor, i wouldnt be too concerned about it unless you're having other problems that indicate that the o2 needs to be replaced.
