Spark plug question
I'm wanting to upgrade my plugs, was thinking NGK, but havent found any for an 09 SS/TC, i dont know much about them any suggestions as far as this goes

He's right,you don't NEED to.I have and so have a few others.I don't know if they cause misifre codes?since i don't think a misfire may or may not throw a cel and have no way of checking that.
I changed mine simply because i wanted to take them out and look at them anyways and check the gaps,etc.I also don't know if these cars(engines) have issue with plugs getting frozen in sockets after x miles,so a little antisieze could'nt hurt.
Autolite has a set for our cars.You can cross check that(part#)at any autozone now as well.

ac delco pn# 12620540 was the exact p/n from my factory installed plugs.That p/n looks superceded by ac delco p/n 41-108.
