are there any websites that are specificaly for the SS/TC? Just wondering cuz i hate surfing through all these sites and they have SS/SC and 2.2 all over the site, or some that just say 2.0 but when you call and ask they are like nope its only for the SC. So im trying to get a list of good sites that have some decently priced parts and accessories for the TC.

 

don't think there are sites for just the ss/tc. Most of them carry parts for all the cobalt models. what specific parts are you looking for?

just shopping around to figure out what i want nxt lol. One thing i want is that under hood cover that has the SS on it. however i have only been able to find the one with the bowtie on it. Performance wise i need a downpipe and a tune i know who im getting that from already im just saving up for it. I would like a manifold but there ist one out yet.

will the HKS BOV work on a stock SS/TC? and where do you get the flanges from. also im getting the boost tubing from CIA will it work with that as well? Also is the HKS one any good?

 

It will work if you get charge tubes and have a custom flange welded on. Make sure you re route the discharged air from the BOV back into the intake system... Hahn is coming out with a sweet setup for a BOV... You need their intake and charge tubes to install it... Trouble free though

 

i already ordered the boost tubing from CIA, i dont know if i wanna weld on any flanges. i may just skip the BOV . does it even give you any HP gains or anything? How good are the HKS's though? i want there limited edition black one.

 

Ask Terminator2 he has the CAI charge piping and other mods no BOV

 

I wish they made a trunk lid mat that said "SS" or "Turbocharged" or even like custom trunk lid mats that can say whatever you want. That would be cool at car shows
