Any word on when a intake will be made for the sstc or if the sssc aftermarket intake works on it?

The SS/SC will not work on it garunteed.

Also what it will take is a company like Injen or K&N to get a SS/TC in their shop to fit one up, and test it, so plan on around 6 months after the first ones come out.

I would assume GM will make an intake for the ss/tc, since they made one for the LNF sol/sky.

i think aaron should just get his hands on a ss/tc and make all the parts forit ASAP, that way he could be first, instead of waiting for k&n or injen to beat him to it, i mean im sure its not hard to make an intake, i mean look at the ebay intkes, they are pretty cheap and they do the job just as good as the rest of th em, and they musnt cost much to make, so coem on aaron, get ur hands on a ss/tc and make them part, i wanna see solid mounts for that car on release day

You can make a metal intake quickly, just need to get math data, create a pipe path, send it out to a CNC bending shop and have them bent up, sent to a laser shop for cutting, and then likely sending them to a coating shop to make em shiny. Metal intakes arn't the best, but since the car is turbo, the turbo inlet temp isn't as important as it is on a N/A application. You will likely be able to find a less restrictive filter element from day 1 for something simple for power.

That was probably the biggest complaint.

Guys would even complain when threads were deleted because they were worried about their post count. And don't even mention the rep system.

Heh, the other board I frequent due to my current vehicle is still on the old version of the forum software, none of this fancy ****. Also on the plus note is no excessive sigs/pictures in sigs since I find that rather annoying, thats what cardomain is for.
