start up drop RPM's (GMS1)

ive just noticed this today, started the car and it does the high idle cat warm up but it drops rpms and goes back. i was like ok must of had a blip and its fine. after work it does the same thing at start up. going to make a video if possible tomarrow. since car was low on gas 1/8 tank i drove over to gas station after work filled up and when started i was seeing if it do it again, but since it doesnt do the cat warm up it didnt do it. anyone had this happen? should i worry?
