I know this is probably a stupid question... but I tried searching the forum and couldn't find the answer I was looking for (ps - I suck at searching btw...)

- Can the 2009 Cobalt SS Manual SEDAN accept the GM Stage 1 upgrade kit?
- What does the factory warranty become if I buy a used 2009 Cobalt Sedan SS with 15,000 miles on it and put the Stage 1 kit on?
- What does the HP & TQ go up to?

Anybody know if the HHR SS is the same way as the Cobalt SS Sedan?

Yea it should.
The factory warranty is the same
And I dynoed 277whp and 301wtq with the GMS1 on.
The HHR is very similar to the Cobalt SS Sedan. Are you talking about power because that's a little different...

 

# 1 - Yup. Ask me how I know.

# 2 - see for some info. There is more about on this site (Cobalt SS ) - I did not search for it, though.

# 3 - Good Question - seems like there have been 2 or so posts where stock or close to it cars were around 280 ish HP, and 300 ish TQ - I think those were at the wheels.

# 4 - AFAIK, although the HHR got an option we did not - an auto, turboed version.

I'd be curious as to how their power numbers run vs. the manuals - ?
