Summer spending time!!

Sadly I have to little so I figured I would get some opinions.
Basicly I have some money to spend and I am trying to debate bang for the buck with my money.

Currently I am running GSM1 with K&N drop-in.
I have about 350 to spend so I am debating catted downpipe or just a new tune such as a TF or HP tune. I was kinda hoping to get some nice sound out of my ride with the new pipe. But I know I will see MUCH more power with just a tune . Im sure the downpipe would also add power to GSM1 but I just dont think the power will be close to what I could get with just a tune even on a stock car. With the downpipe I can still retain warranty also . I would love to do both but it just isnt possible at this time.

Looking to get my money outta the new nittos=)

What you guys think ?
Any memebers get JUST a tune ? What kinda impressions of just after market tune no bolt ons?
Also any feedback from members who have added bolt ons to the GSM1 . What kind of results. harrasment from dealers for warranty work , issues with drivability ,ect

I had "just" a tune with a k&n drop in before I went to full bolt ons and a trifecta/hp layered tune. Very very good and very fast. I would definitely recommend it. I have no experience with the GMS1 tune at all other than what I read, which made me not want it. The best run on my car with a trifecta only tune was done in Tucson... 13.8 at 107 if my memory serves.
