Synapse or Hahn Intercooler?

So as it says... which one is better? The synapse intercooler or the hahn intercooler?

The synapse one said it comes with pipes... so does that mean I do not have to order any charge pipes?

Any problems with either intercooler?

And I am looking at going basically Hahn intake, exhaust, charge pipes, intercooler... but I jsut found the Synapse intercooler and thought I would ask before I spent any money.

Thanks.

Id go with Synapse, for a $1000 you get the ic and charge pipe. Hahn you only get the ic and its $800. So why not spend $200 more and get everything and its just as good of quality.

Hmm I honestly thought more people would tell me to go with Hahn, this is surprising to me.

Well $800 for the Hahn is kinda high. The only reason why I went with Hahn is I was able to by it at the group buy price

You can go with the Synapse IC and CIA CP for about the same price as one Hahn IC

My Synapse has been great so far. IAT2 Temps are very close to ambient all the time even with 95+ ambient temps and 120*+ IAT1s (SRI). It get hot when you sit and idle but IC always cools it back to within a few * of outside temp even when not moving.

I went with Hahn, but then again, due to circumstances at the time I didn't have to pay the full $800 either. I'm stock right now other than the IC, and have never gotten any CELs or anything. Seems to work great, even in the South Texas heat. I even bumped up a few psi. The only downside I've noticed is that it takes a little longer (still less than a second) to build full boost, but after that it pulls great.

Just my $0.02 .

Can't find it on synapse's page about the intercooler being $450. All i see is the core for that price.

Hahn's is way to expensive for just an intercooler. Sorry, that's the truth.

Besides those two, are there any other decent intercooler options out there for us? I'm trying to push some air right now and i think the intercooler is my blocking point.

Call and ask for Morgan at Synapse. It is $500 shipped for just the IC. Any brand chargepipes will fit. I have Clearimage pipes with my synapse IC and everything lined up perfectly.
