Contact someone like Blouch and see if they can rebuild it. You could also have them drop in a new compressor wheel while you're at it, though it would require some tuning changes.

your best option would probably be the synapse turbo manifold, a garrett gt2871r, modded charge piping and custom downpipe. and a new tune. along with a clutch if you dont want yours to die

Why not get your turbo replaced under warranty? And then if you really want a bigger turbo sell your stocker.

Are you even sure a turbo seal is bad? SS TCs have not been out very long. How many miles do you have on the car? Unless you were trying to run the poor thing at 27 psi, it should have held up easily through the warranty period.

It doesn't help him at all actually. You realize asking questions is him trying to do research right? Try not to be so disrespectful.

As for your turbo, I'd say it all depends on what you want out of the car. Big Numbers or Streetability? A 2871 would be great for the little bit of extra power for a DD and some street races. The 3076 is a good one for more power and puts your streetability on the line of almost not being streetable (of course this depends on the tune), or the s256/35R would probably be full race turbos for our cars, as they make soo much power you'd have VERY little traction. I got the 3076 personally.
