That intercooler looks huge. So how much stuff would I have to hack away at to make it fit?

lol mines bigger but mines pretty much a full blown race intercooler. chances are you dont have to hack away anything. any really large intercoolers just requre the removal of the front crash bar(not legal for road use)

I don't think there's anything wrong with using worm clamps on the intake. The intercooler has t-bolt clamps in the picture, but that intercooler is dead-to-me. I hope you posted a picture for the wrong car or something.

Looks like a nice kit Nothing wrong with SS worm clamps for the intake system, its the intercooler pipes that need t-bolts. The cold air intake design for the Cobalt SS/TC looks similar to the design that Secret Services in Texas was making for the HHR SS. I believe Bart runs one of those.

I'm sure they had spearco or tubonectics help them design both the intake and the intercooler kit. I like the professional work.

From what they say it's not retail yet and won't be until about a month, those pics are from the protoype car.

they do all the work themselves... no help from anyone... we are waiting on the manifold to be done so we can test fit everything and then we will be having a lot of tuning time with Vince's fuel upgrade tune

Don't you need a motor first?

Send it to my shop

We're going to be working up a full billet tool steel gear set and billet shift parts. Should be good for about 800whp at a min. This should be getting prototyped on Boosted or BBG's car.
