i bought a used car w 23 thousand on it. my question is would it have factory warrenty and if so till what mileage. 09 cobalt ss

yes exactly what he said, unless the previous owner had his warranty void. Call the dealer and givem your last 9 digits of your vin and check.

Unless there's a warranty block or the car has a salvage title, you have 3/36k bumper to bumper and 5/100k powertrain coverage.

 

Too bad he didn't check before... Either way there is a bright side... you either get to have stuff fixed for free (after an always long and arduous battle with the dealer), or if the warranty is voided, you can fully rip it apart and bolt on every go fast part, tune it to run on dead baby seals, and have some fun.
