Valve cover breather

Does anyone know where i can get a breather for my valve cover. Looking to just get one before i leave then get a full catch can setup when im back. Looking for one that just goes where the oil cap would be

Why wouldnt i want one? Im on a aftermartket turbo and dont have the stock breathers hooked up to anything so i need a way to vent my crankcase until i get my whole catch can/breather setup

You can get a breather filter from advance auto or a similar auto parts store. I have some on my trail jeep. They don't let any water or debris in which is nice.
