How much timing? And I assume you are running a dual tune on the car????

On BBGs car on PA's heartbreaker dyno he made basically the same whp, came out to about 360whp on a dynojet.

If you think 12.0 or 12.4 is too lean, you're doing it wrong. Flat out, plain and simple..

Too lean would be 13-13.1

With a bigger turbo you do want to run a lil richer then a stock turbo car, but not THAT rich. He seems to like to run all his cars with that same AFR.

.89 lambda or 13.0 afr on mine, stock turbo. You tune an LNF to Lambda. I've been as lean as .91 at 24 psi.

AFR is 14.7 X Lambda for gasoline. Lambda is 1.0 for stoich regardless of fuel.

I wouldn't run it there on your big turbo as Nick said but .86 - .87 would be a good starting point IMO.

Vince won't go there though. Get your HPT figured out, lots of help waiting in the HPT forum.

Are you running the raised fuel pressure combo tune?

the numbers are a little low but it's not that low. I ran similar numbers on a mustang with my zzp kit at 20 psi and 37lb/min of airflow. mustangs tend to run 3-5% lower imo.

well i have to buy the credits and i have to get the trifecta/hp tuner combo from vince... i know there is a lot of help on the hpt forum and i am more exited than ever to start asking questions but im kind of affraid to do any type of tuning on my car yet.. i know what the tables are for but wat i dont get its the numbers, how you get the numbers, how to know to change the numbers to the right ones, etc... which i want to start asking questions once i get the TRF/HPT combo...

This is not a good place to start learning, just my .02. You should've started with the stock turbo!
