Not too sure if this is the right section to be posting this but whatever.

I was wondering at about what whp I'd be at after a tune with Trifecta. I plan on getting tuned very soon.

I have a Dejon SRI, Dejon charge piping, Hahn catless dp, and a Hahn catback as of now. An intercooler will be on it's way within a week or so, hopefully.

Anyone care to make some guesses as to what kind of power I'll be putting down?

depends on your tuner...but I'd say anywhere between 300 and 330 at the wheels.

Depending on the dyno, his car itself, and the quality of the tune anywhere from 270-350 whp. The big range is because I have seen huge differences in people's numbers depending on seemingly small differences.

Bleh. I was hoping for like 350 ish at least but I guess I'll just see what happens. I'm sure I'll be happy with anything that's more than 300 though.

True true it's a tough call. Just get a grade A tuner and you should be fine...probably would be tough to get 350 unless you get Term to tune you though....

Haha. Good idea but I don't want to be modifying the stock turbo right now. I'm just gonna stick with bolt-ons and a tune until my warranty expires. Once that happens, I'm just gonna swap out the stock turbo and put something bigger on there.

Term, fly out to NJ. Haha.

Well, without meth 360ish whp is the absolute limit at this point.

Yea, 350whp is just not attainable with those mods and that tune. Ive seen some 330whp Beast Tune's from Trifecta tho. Over 300whp and 350+wtq seems reasonable!

Only some cars make that kind of power for some reason. Some make more than others with the same mods and tune. Most average 325-330 whp with full boltons and a great tune but some make 10% more power and some make 10% less even with the same mods and tune.

It can be done look at my signature. Stock airbox with a drop in filter too. 22psi, no MBC, no pill mod, no meth, stock compressor, 93 octane pump gas, stock head.

^Do you have a dyno of these latest whp claims??? I didnt see it in the dyno thread, which is why I ask

Edit: and I realize it CAN be done, just saying with a Trifecta tune that isnt the case.

Those are the same numbers 1badblueberry is claiming. Not sure if they have the exact mods but I know they work together on tunes.

At least I finally convinced Vince not to tune these cars at 11.8-12.2 A/F. Anyone notice I have nothing bad to say anymore about trifecta? It was never about me not liking Vince or his company it was all about what the correct A/F range is for this motor. That is what most never understood, but I guess you have to know me well to understand why I say the things I do. Project made almost 340 whp and 393 wrtq on the infiniboost tune. That is almost 350 whp.

I was actually going to come that Sunday but I woke with a monster headache and I ended up staying in bed until like 8 pm. I'm sorry, man. I'm gonna come up once I get a spare computer or something because I'd like to be able to just put the tune on the spare and keep the stock one just in case I have to go to the dealership for warranty work.
